- Translate business ideas into clear technical tasks (development, QA, deployment, documentation).
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Provide technical leadership for architecture and implementation decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer with Node.js and React.
- Strong background in TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend/backend architecture.
- Experience working in startup environments with fast-paced delivery cycles.
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Practical knowledge in building generative AI projects.
- Experience integrating social media connectors and payment gateways.
