The Head of Growth is a strategic position responsible for selecting and executing the most effective ways to scale the product, creating a system of experiments, and building processes to drive user growth, revenue, and brand awareness. This is a role for someone who combines analytical skills, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Developing and implementing the product growth strategy.
Building and managing growth processes (experiments, funnel, hypotheses, scaling).
Analyzing user behavior and identifying new channels for acquisition and retention.
Working on pricing, monetization, and optimization.
Closely collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Experience in product growth, marketing, or business development within a startup.
Experience scaling B2C (preferred) or B2B SaaS products (a plus).
Strong knowledge of product growth metrics.
Hands-on experience running and analyzing growth experiments.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+).
