We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for implementing our fintech products - including internet acquiring, issuing platforms, anti-fraud solutions, and more. This role involves managing end-to-end implementation projects for banks and financial institutions, while working closely with clients and internal technical teams.
- Manage the implementation of fintech solutions for clients;
- Plan and oversee end-to-end projects - from kick-off to handover to support;
- Collaborate with internal and external technical and business teams on infrastructure deployment, bank integrations, branding implementation, and more;
- Coordinate PCI DSS certification processes;
- Hosting training workshops and presentations on fintech products for clients;
- Prepare reports as required;
- Develop product manuals and user guides.
- Experience in fintech or IT projects (development or support of acquiring/issuing solutions, involvement in PCI DSS infrastructure deployment projects is a strong plus);
- Experience managing fintech implementation projects;
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and information security;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
- Experience working with banks, payment systems, or financial institutions;
- Hands-on involvement in PCI DSS certification processes;
- Proven track record of building PCI DSS–compliant infrastructure from scratch;
- Professional certifications in project management or information security;
- Background in supporting and maintaining fintech products.
