We need an assistant for our US-based sales team. Primarily, the person should be looking for contacts on the internet that matches to provided criteria.
E.g.

- Software development companies that develop their own products and looking for hiring remote developers
- Newly or recent digital marketing agencies startups in the US with 10+ employees
- etc
You will be communicating with our US sales team; therefore, you have to have an appropriate English level to be able to understand what our US sales team explains.
- You should be creative enough to write proper search requests to Google to find the best matches. Though, you should not be limited to Google search only.
- We are OK to purchase 3rd party contacts databases, but you should point out and explain to us the reasonability for purchasing 3rd party data
- We are OK to pay for the private systems (various thematical chats and tools), but you should be able to explain why it's necessary.
Sourcing fro the Sales Team
Based on tasks
Requirements
- Experienced user of Google
- Experience in working with tools like Sales Navigator, ChatGPT and 3rd party CRMs (Hubspot, Trello etc)
- Strategical thinking (see above)
- Advanced English level (see above)
Testing task
It's hard to get during the interview how creative you are. The only way to check your abilities is to have you search for specific data during the interview. It's quite a time-consuming process. We appreciate your time; therefore, it would be reasonable to ask you to perform a small testing task that shouldn't take more than an hour of your time.
The task is to find data that meets the criteria above.
1.
- The data should be presented as a shared Google spreadsheet with the fields:
- Company name
- Company website
- Company address
- Company Country
- Contact person (C-level, a few contacts if any)
- His email
- His phone number
- His other contact data (if any)
- Comments (if something doesn’t match)
2. It’s a testing task, 5-10 rows per a criterion would be enough. Each criterion could be indicated as a sheet in Google Spreadsheet
3. Please describe what difficulties you faced during task execution
4. If you have any ideas about what other sources could be used beside of Google- please write them down
5. Sometimes the criteria can't be found on the page of the "lead". E.g. you found a company that is looking for developers, but you found the information that they are looking for developers in some 3rd party community.
Please indicate briefly in the comments why you consider the lead matches one of the search criteria.
The search criteria:
A)
Please find some web agencies in the USA (who develop their own products/technologies or those who provide development services to other companies in the USA) who are looking Magento or Shopify developers to join their team, located in the USA on a contract basis (skip W2 offers - we do not need this form of employment)
Req for the company:
1. Size up to 30-50 people
2. Often the owner/CEO/CTO is actively looking for this vacancy himself (via LinkedIn, https://wellfound.com/ etc)
3. Looking for Senior positions
B)
- The company is preferably US based (EU, Canada, Austrarial ace acceptable as well, but the focus is on US companies)
- The company is looking to hire Magento/Shopify developers (preferable, as they are stating for the position that they are OK for a remote base)
- The post was made within 14 days (a little bit more than 14 is acceptable, but no longer than a month)
- The development agencies is a focus, though if there is a significant shop and it looks for the devs - it might be even better.
If something doesn't match - it's Ok, but plz outline in the comments
- remote position
- full-time job
- we can discuss more benefits during the interview!
