How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:
1. Strategic contribution and tactical planning:
● contributing to strategy: actively participating in improving the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy by proposing new initiatives aligned with the Company’s business goals
● planning and implementation: developing and executing tactical marketing plans based on the approved strategy
● budget management: efficiently planning and managing the allocated marketing budget for initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment
● contributing to strategy: actively participating in improving the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy by proposing new initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals
● planning and implementation: developing and executing tactical marketing plans based on the approved strategy
● budget management: efficiently planning and managing the allocated marketing budget for initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment
2. Acquisition:
● creating and optimizing marketing initiatives targeting the B2B audience to attract new clients
3. Engagement:
● developing and executing campaigns aimed at activating and increasing orders among existing clients
● analysing the client base to identify behavioural patterns and segment clients (e.g., inactive, low-activity, regular)
● creating tactical actions for each segment
4. Analytics and optimization:
● analysing the effectiveness of all marketing channels and campaigns
● tracking and optimizing key B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, NPS)
● creating reports and providing recommendations based on data
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a similar B2B role
● successful experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing initiatives from scratch
● experience with paid promotion (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)
● experience in working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
● proven track record in lead generation and client retention
● data-driven mindset; ability to work with analytics and make evidence-based conclusions
● experience in cross-team collaboration with sales, product, and other teams
● English – B1+
● experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
