Summary

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting online meetings with potential clients, and managing the full sales cycle. You will work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels.
  • Actively search for new customers via LinkedIn, email outreach and other lead-generation methods.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized IT solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

Requirements
What we Expect

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or a similar role - at least 0,5 years.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional online meetings and demos.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.

  • Experience in IT Sales Management/Lead Generation or a similar role
