PromoRepublic is looking for an experienced Sales operations leader. You will operate an established sales team of 5 people distributed across several segments. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing/Demand Generation. We're a small but experienced team of 30+ people based in Helsinki, London, New York, and Kyiv.
Our marketing platform helps franchises grow their online visibility in search and social media through a unique, data-driven approach. It enables franchises to efficiently and seamlessly manage marketing tools, assets, and data from a central control center. We have demonstrated proven success with over 80 franchise brands and 400+ marketing agencies, improving outcomes across more than 25,000 locations.
- Manage a team of SDRs and LDRs (5 people)
- Database management
- Campaigns launch (creativity, deliverability)
- Day-to-day operations of a sales team, social selling activities
- Manage SalesForce
- Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Quickmail
- Reporting, win-loss
Objectives of this role:
- Manage outbound campaigns and achieve quotas (30 currently, grow to 40 a quarter)
- Increase deliverability
- Implement signal-based selling campaigns
Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales
- 1-2 years of experience in managing a sales team
- US Market
- Working in an international SaaS Marketing startup with a team distributed around the globe
