We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative/Junior Account Executive to join our team and play a significant role in generating calls and opportunities for an enterprise-focused sales machine in vertical B2B SaaS.

- Identify and generate potential leads and opportunities for new sales using a mix of channels and streams: webinars, leads, marketing campaigns, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, texting, and direct mail.
- Craft relevant and personalized outreach, emails, pitches, and LinkedIn messages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings with Marketing roles in the US, Canada, and Australia
- Cooperate with the Account Executive and Marketing Team to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Develop and grow a LinkedIn profile as a social selling asset to book calls and meetings.
Goals for probation (3 months)
1st month: 3 qualified calls done
2nd month: 4 qualified calls done
3rd month: 6 qualified calls done
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales role in IT products, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator).
- Experience working with the US, Canada, and UK markets.
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to test various lead generation strategies and scale the most effective ones to achieve positive results.
- A growth mindset—enthusiasm for challenges, a strong work ethic, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
