Responsibilities

  • Managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Communicating with teams, partners, contractors, and other parties.
  • Monitoring task completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collecting, preparing, and analyzing reports from various company departments.
  • Interacting with contractors to obtain services (marketing, design, etc.).
  • Coordinating work in a startup environment: resolving operational issues and supporting flexible business processes.

Requirements
What we Expect

  • Experience working with top management or executives in a similar role (at least 1 year).
  • Knowledge of the basics of operational management, analytics, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, work with a team, and maintain a positive attitude in interactions.
  • High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the changing conditions of a startup.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ClickUp, DocuSign, or similar).
  • Knowledge of English (preferably for international communication).
  • Respect for confidentiality and a responsible attitude towards company finances.
