 Responsibilities 
- Managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and events.
- Communicating with teams, partners, contractors, and other parties.
- Monitoring task completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Collecting, preparing, and analyzing reports from various company departments.
- Interacting with contractors to obtain services (marketing, design, etc.).
- Coordinating work in a startup environment: resolving operational issues and supporting flexible business processes.
 Requirements
 What we Expect 
- Experience working with top management or executives in a similar role (at least 1 year).
- Knowledge of the basics of operational management, analytics, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, work with a team, and maintain a positive attitude in interactions.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the changing conditions of a startup.
- Experience with CRM systems (ClickUp, DocuSign, or similar).
- Knowledge of English (preferably for international communication).
- Respect for confidentiality and a responsible attitude towards company finances.
