We're looking for a sharp, curious, and highly organized Business Assistant to support our CEO. This is not your typical assistant job - you’ll be right in the middle of exciting startup work, from organizing high-stakes meetings to doing deep research that informs product, partnerships, and strategy.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast, gain visibility into how a startup operates, and later evolve into a role in operations, business development, or product.
What you might work on
Calendar & Scheduling:
- Manage and optimize founder and team schedules - client meetings, internal syncs, partner calls. Prepare agendas and follow‑ups.
AI/Audio-Tech Research & Analysis:
- Conduct deep-dive research, technical shifts in voice cloning, upcoming A24 film releases, etc.
Summaries & Overviews:
- Turn research and meetings into concise slides or written briefs to inform strategy and decision‑making.
Admin & Coordination:
- Handle travel arrangements, small project coordination, task follow‑through, and email triage. Making sure important things are not getting lost.
Cross‑Team Support:
Assist other founders as needed—primarily supporting CEO (~60-70%), with occasional contributions elsewhere.
What we are looking for
- Passion for technology, AI, and audio/voice innovation, passion for film, animation, and the video games industry
- Exceptionally organized and proactive
- Advanced English. Business writing and business communications.
- Natural researcher—able to distill complex topics creatively
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Chat GPT and other LLM-driven products, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and research tools
- Quick to adapt and thrive in a shifting startup environment
