Who We Are Looking For: Senior IT Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Manager 🚀
We are currently seeking a coachable individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally in the field of HR tech. As the Senior IT Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead our company's efforts in hiring top talent, specifically focusing on IT roles while also overseeing the overall talent acquisition strategy. This role will require you to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment team, and optimize hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruiting strategies to source the best talent in different locations: UA, PL, LATAM, and Europe overall.
- Optimize Recruitment Processes: Continuously improve recruiting processes and sourcing strategies to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Identify staffing needs in different areas and departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Establish relationships with professional industry networks to attract and source high-quality candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Manager, ideally within product companies.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing in markets such as Ukraine, Argentina, Poland, Spain, and Europe overall.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search, etc.
- Proficiency in headhunting is a huge plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- An upper-intermediate or higher level of English is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent and a keen eye for identifying potential candidates. They should have strong negotiation skills, the ability to close positions quickly and efficiently, and possess strategic thinking and abilities to manage and improve the overall recruitment process.
