About Job
Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who goes beyond just shipping features — someone ready to rethink how modern HR software should serve people at work.
In this high-impact role, you’ll own a core product area within the PeopleForce platform. You’ll define bold visions, translate them into strategy, and partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to build meaningful, high-quality solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to lead with product thinking, challenge assumptions, and deliver real outcomes in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Specifically, we are looking for someone to take ownership of the Payroll for Ukraine — a key area we see as the next biggest revenue opportunity for us as a business.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for a major pillar of the PeopleForce platform — balancing user needs, business goals, and long-term differentiation, with a particular focus on Payroll for Ukraine.
- Take full accountability for outcomes — not just shipping features, but driving real customer and business impact.
- Champion a high-quality, coherent product experience that reflects great taste, sound judgment, and an understanding of the entire user journey.
- Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions — grounded in deep insight and thoughtful tradeoffs.
- Drive growth across the product lifecycle — activation, engagement, retention, and expansion — with a keen eye on data and customer behavior.
- Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to inform product decisions and support successful go-to-market execution.
- Lead with critical thinking: ask better questions, interrogate assumptions, and pursue the root cause — always aiming to improve how we think, not just what we ship.
- Bring a growth mindset to experimentation, learning, and iteration — embracing ambiguity and pushing boundaries to uncover better ways forward.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and HR practices to help PeopleForce stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
What we Expect
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven ownership of strategic product areas.
- Strong experience in Payroll, with expertise in finance, invoicing, payments, and subscription management — areas that deal with the complexity we’re addressing.
- Strong technical background — comfortable engaging in architecture discussions, API design, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to think holistically about the product experience — from first impression to power usage.
- Clear, structured thinker with a bias toward clarity, simplicity, and sharp decision-making.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong sense of product quality and taste — you recognize great UX and know what excellence feels like.
- Exceptional communication skills — you can align teams and inspire action through compelling, thoughtful narratives.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is required.
