Techosystem is an open union of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem stakeholders focusing on startups, scaleups, and investors. The purpose of the union is to support and develop Ukrainian startups and scaleups, as well as increase the amount of investments in the Ukrainian ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Developing a strategy for working with data and conducting research on the technology sector of Ukraine
- Conducting the organization's quantitative and qualitative research
- Conducting research among stakeholders: developing methodology, questionnaires, sampling, data processing, and preparing reports on the results
- Recruiting respondents, conducting in-depth interviews, and preparing reports based on results
- Organizing research in partnership with research and analytical agencies
- Monitoring and studying open data related to the tech sector
- Creating information digests and presentations with research results in collaboration with a designer
- Selecting tools and conducting internal research/surveys in the organization
- Assistance with tasks on the Ukrainian Tech Ecosystem Overview platform

Requirements
What we Expect
- Experience in creating and implementing full-cycle projects
- Experience in creating and working with data and databases, conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Proactivity, multitasking, attention to detail
- Work experience in the Ukrainian tech ecosystem
- Knowledge of the venture capital market

- Hybrid work format: online with team meetings in Kyiv
- Signing a contract with an individual entrepreneur
- After successful completion of the probationary period, 20 calendar days of paid vacation per year are provided. Holidays during the period of martial law are not considered paid days off

- Business trips within Ukraine
