Summary
Techosystem is an open union of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem stakeholders focusing on startups, scaleups, and investors. The purpose of the union is to support and develop Ukrainian startups and scaleups, as well as increase the amount of investments in the Ukrainian ecosystem.
The dynamic Techosystem community unites active representatives of the tech ecosystem. We create a powerful environment for the development and collaboration of union members, and we invite you to participate in this process.
This role is focused on our Techosystem Defense Cluster launched in July 2024, uniting 10+ defense companies- members of the union. Learn more here.
Responsibilities
- Full coordination of Techosystem Defense Cluster
- Creation and implementation of the Cluster development strategy.
- Managing relations and communications among companies within Cluster.
- Regular communication with the Cluster Head, including 1:1 meetings.
- Preparation of monthly Cluster master meetings.
- Planning, execution, and reporting on Cluster results.
- Communication and partnership building with key stakeholders
- Organization and participation at events.
- Preparation of internal and external reports
- Assisting in attracting new companies to the Cluster.
Requirements
What we Expect
- Proven project management experience, preferably in tech or defense
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
- Motivation to make input into Ukrainian tech ecosystem development.
- Excellent communication skills.

- GR or defense-related background.
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience.
- Experience in managing project budgets.
