Techosystem is a civic union of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem players for startups, scaleups, and investors. The mission of Techosystem is to unite stakeholders to build a strong innovation ecosystem in Ukraine, fostering the growth of participant businesses and attracting investments to the technology sector.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Content Manager to design and implement effective communication strategies to elevate the visibility of Techosystem, engage stakeholders, and promote our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and experience in creating compelling content and campaigns.
This role is perfect for those passionate about storytelling, community building, and driving meaningful conversations within the tech sector. You will play a critical role in shaping our public image, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and implement communication and media strategies to promote Techosystem’s mission and initiatives.
- Plan and execute SMM strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and engaging presence.
- Create and adapt content for different сhannels: social media posts, newsletters, presentations (using Figma/Canva templates).
- Manage and grow Techosystem’s online presence, including website updates and social media accounts.
- Coordinate and manage email communication, including the preparation and distribution of newsletters and updates
- Organize and support promotional campaigns, events, and webinars to increase visibility.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to amplify outreach efforts.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of tech sector trends and the ability to craft messages tailored to this audience.
- Proactive and self-managed approach to work.
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CMS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Full-time.
- Hybrid work format: online with regular team meetings in Kyiv.
- Signing a contract with an individual entrepreneur (FOP).
- After successful completion of the probation period, 20 calendar days of paid vacation per year. Holidays during the period of martial law are not considered paid days off.
