We offer a product designed to optimize driver recruitment and fleet management, focusing on providing a seamless experience for our clients. As we continue to expand into new markets, we are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base and driving the success of our sales strategy.
1. Knowledge of CRM and ERP Systems: Understanding the core functions and capabilities of CRM/ERP platforms, especially in the context of fleet management and the ride-hailing industry.
2. Platform Integration: Knowledge of integration principles for various systems, such as Uber, Bolt, and Careem. Ability to explain and sell solutions involving data integration.
3. Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in working with analytical tools to assess sales performance and customer needs. Understanding of key B2B SaaS sales KPIs.
4. Product Presentation: Ability to create and deliver product presentations, demonstrating its functionality and benefits to potential clients.
5. Knowledge of SaaS Monetization Models: Understanding various SaaS monetization models, including subscriptions, upselling, and consulting.
6. Marketing Tools for Sales: Experience in using marketing automation tools (e.g., ZohoCRM, Mailchimp, HubSpot) for email campaigns, creating marketing initiatives, and engaging with customers.
7. Building Customer Relationships: Knowledge of customer relationship management principles through CRM systems and the ability to work with large customer data sets.
Technical Skills
1. Working with CRM Systems:
• Deep understanding of CRM principles (specifically, Zoho CRM).
• Skills in managing client databases, setting up sales funnels, and analyzing customer data.
2. Lead Generation:
• Knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, etc.
• Expertise in extracting contacts from open sources (websites, social networks, databases).
3. Customer Research:
• Ability to gather information about companies (e.g., ride-hailing fleets) through online presence: websites, ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Skills in identifying key contacts within companies (via LinkedIn, emails, registration forms, etc.).
4. Analytical Tools:
• Understanding key B2B SaaS sales metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR).
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate sales process effectiveness.
5. Email and Communication Management:
• Creating automated email campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot).
• Strong writing skills for professional correspondence and conducting presentations.
6. Flexibility with Tools:
• Willingness to learn new tools (e.g., specialized platforms for data scraping or automation) if needed to achieve results.
Processes and Work Organization
1. Engaging Clients from Various Sources:
• Working with an existing database of potential clients (200–300 contacts).
• Following up with leads from the database (LinkedIn research, follow-ups, additional communication attempts).
• Generating leads in new markets from scratch (searching for fleets via online presence, websites, driver ads, etc.).
2. Direct Outreach:
• Using a personalized approach for each client via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls.
3. Modular Sales Approach:
• Adapting to a dynamic startup environment where tools and processes can change depending on circumstances.
• Initial presence in the office for onboarding, with the option to transition to a flexible schedule (3/5 days in the office).

• Understanding subscription business models, upselling, and consulting services.

• Proficient in cold sales, including data parsing, LinkedIn networking, and direct client search.
2. Understanding the Ride-Hailing Industry:
• Knowledge of working with fleet companies and platforms such as Uber, Bolt, etc.
3. SaaS Experience:
• Proven background in SaaS companies, particularly in the B2B segment.
4. Lead Generation Tools:
• Skilled in using lead generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
5. Sales Strategy Development for New Markets:
• Expertise in market analysis and building a customer base from scratch.
6. CRM Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar sales management systems.
7. Startup Experience:
• Ability to adapt and perform in uncertain and fast-changing startup environments.
8. Negotiation Skills:
• Experienced in conducting negotiations with clients from diverse countries and cultures.
9. Language Skills:
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic or others relevant to target markets) is an advantage.
10. Business Consulting Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of business consulting, including upselling, additional services, and strategic planning.
11. Technical Background:
• Understanding of technological products for fleet management and their integrations.
12. Willingness to Travel:
• Open to short-term business trips to visit clients and conduct presentations (optional but desirable).
