We’re on an exciting journey of international expansion and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team.
As a Sales Manager at MyTaxiCRM, you will play a key role in driving our growth across the UAE and international markets. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with taxi fleets, mobility providers, and limousine companies, helping them digitize their operations with MyTaxiCRM.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE, MENA, and international markets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, subscription packages, and partnership terms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent MyTaxiCRM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or fleet management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience in closing deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and build trust with decision-makers.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Based in Kyiv, Dubai, or open to relocation/travel as required.
