Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Community growth - engaging and collaborating with Kooperativ ambassadors, and involving the startup community.
- Oversee the department's budget and ensure financial success.
- Create and execute engaging events that align with Kooperativ's mission and brand.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders.
- Support and proactively contribute to the company's goals of expanding into international markets.
- Lead the development of Growth Studio and other ecosystem-building programs.
- Gathering and analyzing community data and event metrics.
- Representing Kooperativ at industry events.
Staying up-to-date with startup news, trends, and dynamics to identify potential opportunities and partnerships.
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience in ecosystem management, business development, or a similar role within a startup environment.
- Understanding of the startup lifecycle, venture funding, and entrepreneurial dynamics
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and events with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Excellent networking skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining professions relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Event Management experience.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to challenges.
