About Job
Summary

Responsible for generating new business by identifying companies hiring developers and converting their needs into outsourcing or outstaffing deals. Plays a hands-on sales role, owning the full deal process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to spot companies hiring devs
  • Reach out with tailored proposals (outstaff / outsource)
  • Communicate directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
  • Match client needs with our developers or teams
  • Track trends and discover new business opportunities


Requirements

  • Confident communication (B2+ English)
