  • Match client needs with available developers or teams.
  • Track market demand, tech trends, and discover new sales opportunities.

  • Proven experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing sales.
  • Familiarity with job boards, hiring platforms, and marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of outstaff vs outsource models and client needs.
  • Experience handling objections and managing hourly, monthly, or fixed-price deals.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals in English.
  • Experience owning deals end-to-end.
  • Confident business communication in English (B2+).
  • High level of independence, accountability, and commercial mindset.
