As a Senior BAS ERP Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our 1C system. This position comes with significant responsibility and offers a unique opportunity for professional development, especially with our upcoming transition from 1C to Oracle NetSuite.
In this role, you will contribute to enhancing our processes as we actively scale, making a meaningful impact on our global growth. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in ERP systems management and development, and report to the Engineering Manager.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and implement new features within the 1C system
- Actively identify and resolve any issues within the current 1C system
- Maintain and support integrations with NetSuite, PandaDoc, Stripe, BigQuery, and other internal components
- Contribute to the design of new invoice templates and automate routine manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency
- Explore opportunities for role and skill set expansion in NetSuite development
- Demonstrable experience in 1C development and a strong understanding of ERP systems
- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Openness to learning new technologies and systems, particularly NetSuite
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with the team and report on progress
- Experience with other ERP systems or integrations
- Experience in migrating or transitioning from one ERP system to another, especially to NetSuite
- Skills in automating business processes
- Any relevant certifications in ERP systems or software development
