We’re Five Jars, and we’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR/Recruiting team. You’ll contribute to the company’s growth by finding talented people to join our international team across many countries (filling both Tech and non-Tech roles).

Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, use professional networks, social media platforms, and job boards, to identify potential candidates who match the role
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
Roles:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand the specific criteria for each position
- Research and analyse information about the roles, salary and recruiting trends
- Create sourcing strategies and execute them to achieve results
Internal team:
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs
- Support coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Closed roles
- Recruiting KPI (recruiting funnel, conversions, Time to Hire, Time to Close, etc)
- Previous experience in sourcing / recruiting or a successfully passed education in this field
- Experience working at a tech-driven business (software development agency or IT outsourcing company) will be a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level and higher)
- Great understanding of sourcing approaches across different platforms
- Ability to create, enact and adapt sourcing strategies according to the needs of the company
- Experience working with sourcing and recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, etc (LinkedIn, Lever and SalesQL are our golden trio)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with previous cases in your experience to reflect them
- Volunteering experience in organizations, student associations, NGO’s and so on will be a plus
- 100% remote work from any location (Europe timezone)
