Conversational AI Automation Expert
We are seeking a professional who has prior experience in phone sales and customer support in the US, or has managed teams in sales or customer support. You will be working with a conversational AI that replicates the call center employees, cloning voice, vocabulary, and conversations.
You will be involved in teaching the AI to conduct dialogues like a real person.
Your responsibilities will include working with designing dialogues, text promts and listening to phone conversations.
This job is akin to working with the XMind program (creating flowcharts, writing lines, and phrases).
Created effective conversational dialogues for the bot.
Dialogue scenarios are graded by complexity, purpose and number of replics
• Fluent in English at a professional level or native speaker (tests results are welcome)
• 1-3y experience in phone sales/correspondence in the USA or phone support
• Logical and structured thinking (you have experience with science or programming)
• Responsibility and discipline
