About the role:
We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Partnership Manager who will be responsible for identifying and engaging new partners to create sales channels.
- Actively searching for and attracting partners who can become new sales channels;
- Generating ideas for joint promotional activities with partners;
- Building relationships: collaborate with partners, clients and vendors from scratch;
- Day-to-day communication with existing partners to keep our cooperation productive and satisfying, driving the growth of orders;
- Identify and manage potential risks that could impact the project’s success;
- Building and increasing brand awareness among both new and existing partners;
- Additional scope related to attracting grants and other fundraising opportunities.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Previous sales expertise;
- Advanced English is a must;
- Understanding of the IT market, trends, and knowledge of key players in the market;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, followed by super high diplomacy and a good vibe.

- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain effective communication with partners;
- Strong goal orientation and a focus on achieving measurable results;
- Creativity in generating new ideas for joint promotional activities with partners, along with a willingness to experiment;

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Previous experience in IT service companies;
- Experience using product management tools and software will be a plus;
- Deep interest and awareness of AI/ML trends.
