About the role:
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to provide strategic leadership for the marketing team and processes, aimed at strengthening brand awareness globally. The primary focus is on building end-to-end analytics, implementing a unified communication strategy, and scaling client acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the marketing team and external contractors.
- Developing and implementing the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Team building, goal setting, and marketing performance management.
- Overseeing and managing operational marketing processes.
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and user behavior.
- Maintaining current communication channels and developing new ones.
- Boosting brand awareness in the international market.
- Preparing for participation in international exhibitions and industry events.
- Supporting and optimizing company websites.
- Maintaining a unified communication strategy (PR, Content, SMM, Websites).
- Establishing a KPI system and end-to-end analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a team.
- Hands-on experience in B2B markets with a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention tools.
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with digital tools (performance marketing, CRM, automation).
- Solid understanding of branding, positioning, and product management.
- Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
