We’re looking for an Expansion Manager to help us grow our presence in new countries — from market research and product launches to building local teams and reaching key business goals.

This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders and teams across marketing, product, and supply to bring mental health support to more people around the world.

  • Market research & selection – own scoring‑matrix vision, competitor & user research, unit economics; present “green‑light” concepts.
  • GTM design & execution – craft hypotheses, design marketing mix (performance + non‑performance), set input metrics, drive analytics & iteration.
  • Cross‑department alignment – align Product, Marketing, Supply on shared KPIs; prioritise resources against business goals.
  • P&L ownership – budgeting, forecasting, weekly business reviews.
  • Team management & leadership – hire, onboard, motivate cross‑functional launch team; leverage personal network of strong people.
  • Strategy planning & communication – produce clear, data‑backed expansion strategies; communicate to founders and (when needed) investors.


  • 1 000 new clients/mo & ≥ 1.5 LTV:CAC in first new market by Dec 2025.
  • 5+ markets scored, 2 “green‑lights” by Q4 2025.
  • CAC ↓ 30 %, LTV ↑ 50 % vs Apr 2025.
  • Launch team fully staffed within 90 days of joining.


  • 3+ years launching new markets/products for a consumer marketplace or health‑tech scale‑up with P&L ownership.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Deep experience with two‑sided or transactional models , or demonstrated solid knowledge.
  • Proven record of lowering CAC and increasing LTV through experimentation.
  • Cross‑functional alignment skills — build cooperation among Marketing, Product, and Supply around shared KPIs.
  • Strong analytical toolkit (cohort & funnel analysis).
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Robust network of A‑players who could strengthen the team.
  • Genuine care for the fast‑growing role of mental health in people’s lives.
  • Strategic mindset with the flexibility to zoom into the details when required.
