Summary
As an Email Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to face interesting challenges! These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for various audiences, and continually evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you will need experience with retention metrics and tools such as CRM systems and Customer.io.
