We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience in recruiting. You will play a key role in building the foundation of our hiring function from the ground up. You’ll design, implement, and scale recruitment processes that help us attract, hire, and retain top talent as we grow rapidly.
• Build and lead the Talent Acquisition function, setting up recruitment strategy, processes, tools, and metrics.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for roles across multiple departments and levels.
• Design scalable hiring processes (from sourcing to onboarding) ensuring a smooth and candidate-friendly experience.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard recruitment partners and agencies as needed.
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods, tools, and channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to act as a trusted
advisor to leadership.
• Written and verbal English skills (Intermediate or higher).
• Previous experience working in rapidly scaling startups or product-driven companies.
• Practical understanding of ATS platforms and how to optimize them for efficiency.
