We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle and consistently close 4–5 positions per month — ranging from technical engineers to operational staff.
This role requires strong sourcing skills, process ownership, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers in a fast-scaling environment.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across technical, operational, and support departments
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and direct search
• Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit and competencies
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, maintain communication pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update ATS records, reports, and hiring metrics
• Build and maintain a steady talent pipeline for frequent and high-priority roles
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
• Support onboarding processes when needed
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to close 4–5 roles per month across different seniority levels
• Experience hiring for technical engineering roles (embedded, software, hardware) and non-technical roles (warehouse, logistics, operations)
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern search tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• English — Intermediate+ (for communication and documentation)
• Experience in fast-growing startups or product-focused companies
• Experience working with ATS tools and optimizing hiring workflows
• Understanding of labor market dynamics and talent mapping
