*Startups of the Year 2023 is a community-driven voting platform by HackerNoon that recognizes and celebrates tech startups changing technology and the world for the better. 30,000+ nominated startups have either generated between $50,000 to $50 million in yearly expected revenue and/or secured $1 million to $100 million in funding.
The award started on May 8th, 2023, where the internet nominated and voted for 30k startups around the world. The voting period remained open until December 31, 2023, and now we are here with the winner announcement after a comprehensive evaluation by the HackerNoon team.
3.Startup Wise Guys - we had a great opportunity to be a part of an acceleration program, went through many hours of mentoring and teaching from the best specialists and experts from around the world, worked through our strategies and plans, built strong connections, and got new ambassadors. Moving on with a group of startups on building up IT industry and strong products in our country.
1.Developing a Strategy for Attracting a B2C Audience:
- Define and implement marketing strategies to attract talents seeking jobs in the Tech industry
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Launch and analyze advertising campaigns
2.Building Relationships with Educational projects\courses:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with educational projects, universities, and courses
- Collaborate with educational partners to promote our platform among students and graduates
3.Launching a Project for Talents:
- Develop and implement an onboarding program for new users, including job descriptions, resume creation, and interview preparation
- Collaborate with industry experts to create high-quality content
- Manage the blog and analyze interesting topics for the audience
4.Forming and Managing a Team:
- Build a team including SMM and Content Managers
- Analyze team performance and develop new hypotheses
5.Working with a B2B Audience (Tech Companies):
- Gather feedback on collaboration and share success stories in the market
- Assist with organizing meetups for Tech companies
- Help develop unique offers, promotions, and loyalty programs for Tech companies
6.Brand Awareness:
- Establish a strong market association that job searching in product companies, startups, and scale-ups is synonymous with BazaIT.

Increasing the Number of Talents on the Platform:
- Develop and implement measures to increase the number of registered talents on the platform by 10,000 by the end of the year.
- Grow the audience to 50,000 talents on the platform by the end of 2025.
- Increase the number of job applications - 20 (on average) per 1 vacancy

- 2 + years experience in Product Marketing Manager position
- Experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategies of B2C (priority) and B2B
- Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, to be able to consolidate data from various sources
- Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions based on received data with a positive impact on the marketing performance of the company
- Understanding of marketing \ product funnel To be confident to recommend improvements and enhancements where appropriate - Strong motivation and flexibility to function in a fast-paced environment. We are Startup :)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher - Be positive, open mind, result-oriented, and ready to work, work, work)))
- Experience in SaaS or Marketplace
- Experience of work in startup processes
- Experience with Google \ FB Ads
