Moving on with a group of startups on building up IT industry and strong products in our country.

Responsibilities

Full cycle of vacancy management:

  • receiving requirements on vacancy from the customer, advising on the recruitment process
  • assisting customer in describing vacancies
  • improving vacancies to be more attractive for talents
  • work with different resources to find the best talents for clients 
  • initial screening
  • conducting interviews with the talents
  • organization of  interviews with hiring manager and talents
  • providing feedback to candidates
  • support candidate until onboarding to  the team
  • collecting recommendations on candidates
  • search for new channels to attract candidates
  • reporting on progress (we analyze the main recruitment metrics: response rate, reject rate, applied rate, applied to interview ratio, time to hire)
  • analyzing talent market in IT

Results / KPI

You will work in parallel with 4-5 vacancies / per month

Closed vacancies - 2 / per month

Requirements
What we Expect

  • Experience with international recruitment and analyze international markets
  • Experience with automation tools for optimization of work routine 
  • Ability to multitask and learn fast
  • Ability to perform routine work
  • Confident English 
  • Good analytics skills
