Full cycle of vacancy management:
- receiving requirements on vacancy from the customer, advising on the recruitment process
- assisting customer in describing vacancies
- improving vacancies to be more attractive for talents
- work with different resources to find the best talents for clients
- initial screening
- conducting interviews with the talents
- organization of interviews with hiring manager and talents
- providing feedback to candidates
- support candidate until onboarding to the team
- collecting recommendations on candidates
- search for new channels to attract candidates
- reporting on progress (we analyze the main recruitment metrics: response rate, reject rate, applied rate, applied to interview ratio, time to hire)
- analyzing talent market in IT
You will work in parallel with 4-5 vacancies / per month
Closed vacancies - 2 / per month
- Experience with international recruitment and analyze international markets
- Experience with automation tools for optimization of work routine
- Ability to multitask and learn fast
- Ability to perform routine work
- Confident English
- Good analytics skills
- Experience in SaaS or Marketplace
- Experience of work in startup processes
