We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and optimize operational processes in a rapidly growing tech organization.
The role involves aligning cross-departmental workflows, overseeing budgeting and resource management, and driving process improvements that support production and business expansion.
This position is ideal for a proactive leader experienced in building operational systems from the ground up, managing strategic initiatives, and scaling teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
1.Operational Control and Time Management:
• Develop and implement internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines to streamline workflows, ensuring their consistent application and monitoring compliance.
2.Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Oversight:
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives.
3.Organizational Coordination and Internal Synchronization:
• Ensure alignment across internal departments to maintain consistency in project execution and adherence to strategic timelines.
4.Process Improvement and Optimization:
• Regularly evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for process optimization and implement initiatives for increased efficiency.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
• Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to provide regular updates on operational performance, budget utilization, and project progress.
6.Strategic Projects and Special Initiatives:
• Lead strategic projects focused on production expansion, operational restructuring, and process integration, working closely with the CEO and other executives to achieve corporate objectives.
7.Team Scaling and Specialist Hiring Support:
• Support the CEO and department leads in scaling operational and technical teams by participating in the recruitment of key specialists. Take part in defining role requirements, assessing candidates, and ensuring that staffing aligns with the company's growth trajectory and operational needs.
8.Performance Metrics and Team Efficiency Evaluation:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive system of metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
9.Management of Material and Technical Resources:
• Integrate ERP system to centralize resource management, oversee the procurement, allocation, and maintenance of technical and operational assets.
• Experience – 5+ years in operations management, preferably in startups or in building operational processes from scratch.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and operational restructuring.
• Ability to connect operational objectives with long-term business goals.
• Experience in scaling operations and managing complex projects.
• Fluency in English – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) – preferable.
