About Job
Summary

We are looking for a Head of Digital / Digital Director to take full ownership of the digital function in a fast-scaling international marketing agency working with global brands like Coca-Cola and IKEA.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will not just manage campaigns - you will own the entire digital direction, build processes, lead teams, and directly influence company performance across multiple markets (US, Ukraine and others).

You will work closely with founders and have real autonomy to shape how digital execution is done - from strategy to delivery.

Responsibilities

Digital Ownership

  • Own the full digital marketing function (performance + awareness) across all clients
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-scale advertising campaigns across multiple markets
  • Ensure consistent high-quality campaign delivery and execution

Strategy & Growth

  • Drive performance improvements (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.) across campaigns
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale client accounts
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives with existing clients
  • Participate in new business development and presales

Clients & Stakeholders

  • Manage client relationships and act as key escalation point
  • Align expectations between clients, internal teams, and founders
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and strategic insights

Teams & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Account, AdOps, Performance)
  • Ensure strong accountability and execution quality across all teams
  • Reduce operational load on founders through strong ownership

Processes & Scaling

  • Build, structure, and optimize internal processes from scratch
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Develop systems for quality control and delivery consistency
  • Improve operational efficiency across the department

Budget & Performance

  • Oversee media budgets and ensure efficient spend
  • Ensure full budget utilization with strong performance outcomes
  • Maintain profitability and efficiency across campaigns

  • Consistent achievement of performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • High-quality, error-free campaign delivery across all accounts
  • Strong and stable client retention and satisfaction
  • Improved operational efficiency and reduced founder involvement
  • Scalable and well-documented internal processes
  • Predictable performance across multiple markets
  • Fast, accurate, and insightful reporting

Requirements
What we Expect

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing / advertising agency environment
  • Proven experience in performance + awareness campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management experience (required)
  • Ability to build processes and structure from zero
  • Strong ownership mindset - full responsibility for outcomes
  • High execution focus and accountability
  • Experience working with international clients (strong advantage)
  • Strong stakeholder management (clients, teams, founders)
  • Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in dynamic environments
  • Strong problem-solving and operational thinking
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (preferred)

  • Experience with global enterprise brands (Coca-Cola, IKEA-level clients)
  • Managing large-scale advertising budgets ($1M+)
  • Experience scaling or transforming agency operations
  • Multi-market experience (US / EU / MENA)
  • Strong understanding of performance + brand/awareness integration
  • Experience building or restructuring digital teams
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, dashboards)
  • Background in high-growth agency environments
  • Exposure to FMCG / retail / tech global brands
