About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive BazaIT’s commercial growth, expand our recruiting and platform business, and prepare the company for international scaling.
Your role will directly impact BazaIT’s success — from bringing new clients to launching European expansion in 2026.
1. Sales & Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies.
- Define target markets, sales funnels, and conversion goals for both BazaIT Recruitment and BazaIT/Defence
- Work closely with founders on setting and achieving commercial KPIs
- Align sales with marketing and recruiting teams for maximum synergy
2. Market Expansion
- Build a go-to-market strategy for the EU in 2026
- Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and form local partnerships
- Acquire 5 new recruiting clients per month
- Grow the number of active job postings to 500+ in six months
- Strengthen partnerships, retention, and client engagement

Person we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales (HRTech / SaaS / IT services)
- Proficient with AI tools and process automation — a must-have
- Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment and leveraging automation to optimize sales and client workflows
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales
- Skilled in client acquisition, negotiations, and partnership building
- Confident in working independently and setting measurable goals
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian
