Summary
We are looking for an experienced FPGA / DSP Engineer to develop a digital wireless modem for advanced communication systems. DSP engineer will work on modern FPGA and SDR platforms, implementing signal-processing algorithms used in reliable, real-time radio links.
This role is ideal for engineers with a strong background in digital signal processing, FPGA development and wireless communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize and integrate FPGA-based digital signal processing blocks
- Implement wireless modem functions such as:
- QPSK/BPSK modulation and demodulation
- Symbol timing recovery
- Spread-spectrum processing
- Forward Error Correction algorithms
- AXI interfacing
- Integrate FPGA logic with embedded ARM processors (Zynq / UltraScale)
- Optimize designs for performance, latency, and resource usage
- Test and validate signal-processing algorithms using simulation and hardware
- Work closely with RF, firmware, and system engineers
- Plan and implement tasks with clear documentation, progress tracking, and reliable delivery commitments.
Requirements
What we Expect
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FPGA development
- Strong knowledge of digital signal processing fundamentals
- Experience with HDL languages (VHDL or SystemVerilog)
- Hands-on experience with Xilinx tools (Vivado)
- Understanding of digital modulation techniques (e.g., QPSK, CDMA)
- Experience working with Zynq or UltraScale FPGA platforms
- Ability to work with fixed-point arithmetic and real-time systems
- Experience with wireless or software-defined radio (SDR) systems

- Familiarity with DSSS techniques and OFDM
- Experience with timing or carrier recovery algorithms
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, or Python for signal-processing modeling
