We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the leadership team and take responsibility for the company’s efficient day-to-day operations.
This role involves overseeing administrative, financial, legal, HR, and operational processes to ensure business stability, compliance with corporate standards, and the achievement of strategic objectives.
The role is focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, risk management, and organizational development.
Operational Management
- Ensure efficient and stable execution of all internal processes
- Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans and oversee their implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments
Process Development & Performance Management
- Develop and improve internal policies and procedures
- Implement KPIs and performance monitoring systems
- Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives
Finance & Administration
- Coordinate budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor expenses and ensure financial transparency
- Oversee administrative and operational functions
Legal & Compliance
- Supervise contract management and collaborate with legal advisors
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and applicable laws
- Maintain adherence to compliance and anti-corruption policies
HR & Organizational Development
- Participate in recruitment and organizational design
- Support employee development and performance management
- Foster corporate culture and internal communications
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks
- Implement risk management procedures and crisis response mechanisms
- Ensure business continuity
External Relations
- Represent the company in interactions with partners, contractors, and government authorities
- Participate in negotiations and support the company’s business reputation
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Experience in operational management roles
- Proven track record in business process optimization and cross-functional team collaboration
- Master’s degree in business, economics, law, engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and KPIs
- Knowledge of compliance, corporate governance, and risk management
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
