6037 is a venture partnership within the Genesis ecosystem. We're crafting a unique approach to promising products: investing in early-stage projects, scaling, and aiding in creating successful companies.
Our mission is to transform Ukraine from an outsourcing hub to a product-driven powerhouse by building a portfolio used by 1 billion users worldwide.
Our values:
— Optimism. We live to be happy and treat each other with confidence in the future. Failures are part of progress, and every attempt brings us closer to success.
— Ownership. We make decisions as if it were our own business. Mistakes made with this mindset are acceptable — inaction is not.
— Diligence. We admit what we don’t know, stay curious, and go deep until things are crystal clear. Persistence and patience turn insights into real results.
Why do values matter?
Values are often considered necessary attributes of any company to be displayed on the wall and featured on the company website.
However, we believe values to be very specific and practical tools to accomplish three tasks:
- Set a common ground for the evaluation of new hires, performance reviews, and any operational decisions made by team members.
- Enable decentralized decision-making when micromanagement is obsolete, as each decision is guided by the same corporate values and common sense principles.
- Create the best possible environment for like-minded professionals who truly enjoy most of their working days.
6037 Values
Optimism. We believe that we live to be happy, and contributing to this goal is the best thing to do as long as it does not hurt the happiness of others. We treat each other with great optimism for the future, as we believe that our aspirations will come true one way or another. Science teaches us that simply activating smiling muscles improves mood, and A/B testing shows that you need five tests on average to achieve one uplift.
Ownership. There is no certain way to predict every possible challenge on our way. To create as much freedom for decision-making as possible, we introduce one simple common ground for every team member: make decisions as if this were your own business. You will never be judged for a mistake made genuinely under this principle. On the contrary, the absence of action based on this principle will be considered a significant wrongdoing.
Diligence. Most problems arise not from things we did not know but from things we were certain about. We strive to keep our thinking process clear and transparent, investigating every material issue to the extent that we can explain it to a six-year-old child. This requires the courage to say “I do not know” more than 80% of the time. Investigating critical issues may also require patience for weeks or even months. Persistence will then be required to implement the results of the investigation into changes, but none of the previous stages will matter unless we have it.
Our mission is to transform Ukraine from an outsourcing hub to a product-driven powerhouse by building a portfolio used by 1 billion users worldwide. Our goal is to develop a shared infrastructure that supports the 6037 ecosystem and fuels the growth of our own products.
