How exactly you can influence the development
of the Company:
● full cycle sourcing process and initial communication with candidates
● search for candidates using standard and non-standard recruitment methods
● development and implementation of a candidate search strategy
● close cooperation with recruiters to implement the candidate search strategy
● integrated project approach to work on vacancies
● providing timely feedback to candidates
● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system
● research and analysis of labour markets
● tracking the latest trends in sourcing
● work with talent pools of candidates
● participation in the development of the employer’s brand in the labour market
Challenges for three months:
● familiarisation with recruiting and sourcing processes
● ensuring quality transfer of candidates’ CVs in accordance with the agreed deadlines
● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system
● research and analysis of labour markets (if necessary)
● search for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection
To achieve the results, you will need:
● commercial sourcing experience of at least 1 year
● ability to communicate effectively with candidates
● skills of successful use of all necessary tools and resources for finding specialists
● ability to build an effective sourcing strategy and create a hiring funnel with relevant candidates
● strong skills in creating personalised emails for candidates
● result orientation, analytical thinking
● experience of working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asia, etc.) will be an advantage
● Intermediate + level of English language skills
