Summary

Our company constantly grows, and it is time to involve one more specialist in our organization. So, we are seeking a Lead Generation Manager to lead the work with Upwork sales.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Potential Clients:

Monitoring new job postings & projects on Upwork that align with the company’s target audience.

2. Proposal Creation and Submission:

Write customised cover letters based on each proposal brief, client challenges, and goals.

3. Negotiation:

— Communicate clearly and effectively with clients on the Upwork platform, focusing on understanding their needs and building strong relationships.

— Coordination of calls between leads and candidates. Closing deals (contracts).

4. Optimise Company and Developers Upwork profiles:

Ongoing optimisation of the company and team members’ profiles based on current Upwork changes and algorithm best practices.

5. Analysis and Reporting:

— Tracking the success rate of submitted proposals and analysing reasons for rejections & no response.

— Preparing reports on completed tasks to evaluate the effectiveness of the lead generation strategy.

— Work with a CRM system to effectively monitor, manage, and analyze leads, ensuring accurate tracking of their status, timely follow-ups, and smooth progression through the sales pipeline.

6. Work with GigRadar:

— Use GigRadar to automate the search for relevant projects and potential clients.

— Set up and optimise scanners on GigRadar to monitor specific requests and projects that align with the Seedium expertise.

— Optimise scanners to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the results obtained.

7. Decision-Making and Accountability:

— The ability to work independently with Upwork and make decisions regarding project selection and proposal submission strategies.

— Taking responsibility for the outcomes of actions taken, analysing them, and making adjustments to improve future performance.

1. Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly and effectively assess projects and client profiles, identifying the most promising and profitable opportunities. Strong capability to gather and structure information from clients, including project scope, expectations, requirements, and all relevant details.

2. Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Seedium and services. Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections, build trust, and guide clients toward informed decisions. This competency is critical for success in the role.

3. Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple requests, projects, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and effective prioritisation.

4. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Upwork platform, including its rules, algorithms, terms, and best practices for maximising efficiency and results. Ability to continuously monitor and adapt to platform updates, changing client expectations, and evolving market conditions.

5. Proactive mindset: Open to discussing and validating new ideas, strategies, and process improvements. Actively initiate and promote innovative solutions.

6. Strategic thinking: Ability to analyse lead generation performance, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements.

7. Process-oriented approach: Continuously look for ways to optimise workflows, tools, and outreach methods to increase efficiency and results.

8. Upper-Intermediate English level
