As an Agency Sales Representative, you’ll be the strategic advisor to agencies looking to transform their service delivery. Your mornings might start with a discovery call with a growth marketing agency struggling to manage campaigns for 50+ clients, followed by a strategic consultation with an established sales consultancy ready to integrate AI-powered automation into their service offerings.

You’ll spend your days:

Consultative Selling & Strategic Guidance (40%)

  • Conducting deep discovery sessions to understand agencies’ unique business models, client portfolios, and scaling challenges
  • Building custom business cases that showcase ROI through increased client capacity, reduced manual work, and improved campaign performance
  • Positioning both Reply’s Agency Edition and Jason AI SDR as game-changing differentiators for agencies competing in crowded markets

Pipeline Development & Management (30%)

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing high-value agency prospects through strategic outbound efforts
  • Managing a robust pipeline of 40-60 opportunities across various stages
  • Collaborating with the Director of Partnerships to develop targeted campaigns for specific agency segments
  • Leveraging Reply.io’s own platform to run sophisticated multi-channel outreach campaigns (yes, we eat our own dog food!)

Deal Execution & Expansion (20%)

  • Orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with agency owners, operations managers, and delivery teams
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with our Agency Account Manager on the CS side
  • Coordinating smooth handoffs to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success

Market Intelligence & Product Advocacy (10%)

  • Staying ahead of agency trends, from the shift to performance-based pricing to the integration of AI in service delivery
  • Providing product feedback based on agency-specific use cases and requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment
  • Experience selling to, or working at, agencies, consultancies, or service providers — you understand the nuances of multi-client business models
  • Deep familiarity with sales automation tools and the sales tech ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audience levels
  • Strong analytical skills to build compelling ROI models and business cases
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms

  • Previous experience at a sales automation or marketing automation company
  • Background in agency operations or having worked at an agency yourself
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in sales and marketing
  • Experience selling into specific agency verticals (performance marketing, lead generation, sales consultancies)
  • Track record of sourcing your own pipeline through creative outbound strategies
  • Active presence in relevant communities (Agency communities, Sales communities, LinkedIn thought leadership)
