Techosystem is a civic union of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem players for startups, scaleups, and investors. The mission of Techosystem is to unite stakeholders to build a strong innovation ecosystem in Ukraine, fostering the growth of participant businesses and attracting investments to the technology sector.
We are looking for a person to help us build effective systems and organize internal processes to achieve the organization's goals. Ideal candidates already have experience as operations manager or project manager and understand how business processes work and tech sector peculiarities.
This position is suitable for those who want to dive deeper into business management, actively participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. As Operations Manager, you will help with all internal projects, organize day-to-day work of the union, and build a sustainable organizational flow.

- Build and optimize business processes for operational excellence.
- Implement new systems and technologies to streamline operations.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning.
- Monitor and analyze team performance.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve organizational challenges.
- Manage day-to-day union operations.
- Implement best practices to optimize operations and increase productivity.
- Execute strategic and operational plans while incorporating risk mitigation measures.
- Coordinate cooperation with outsourced lawyers, accountants, and financial managers.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including member companies, partners, and suppliers.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
- Knowledge of tech sector trends.
- Proactivity and self-management.
- Proven experience in risk management and problem-solving.
- Experience in managing budgets, understanding of key financial metrics and terms.
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions under time pressure.
- Previous experience at non-governmental organizations or grant programs.
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience.
Hybrid work format: online with regular team meetings in Kyiv.
Signing a contract with an individual entrepreneur (FOP)
After successful completion of the probation period, 20 calendar days of paid vacation per year. Holidays during the period of martial law are not considered to be paid days off.
Subordination to the CEO of the organization.
Possible business trips and events in Ukraine and abroad.
