Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help build a best-in-class support process for our growing SaaS platform for taxi business management. 

This role is a blend of technical support and account management, perfect for someone who can not only troubleshoot and solve issues, but also build long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing timely and effective support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues or bugs.
  • Own the technical support process — helping us build a scalable, clear, and consistent support flow.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and providing walkthroughs or demos as needed.

Act as a reliable point of contact for key clients, combining technical help with strong relationship management.

Requirements
What we Expect

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or client success roles — ideally in a SaaS or tech product environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Hands-on experience with support tools like Jira, Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • A proactive mindset — you enjoy improving processes and helping users succeed.

Bonus: basic understanding of web-based technologies (APIs, browsers, databases, basic SQL).
