We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. While prior experience in sales within the B2B SaaS
industry is an advantage, we are also open to candidates with minimal experience who are eager to
learn and grow.
Actively search for new clients in targeted markets. Now we are focusing on Dubai, later will expand to the new English speaking countries.
Build and maintain partnerships with key clients.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate with potential clients.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
Analyze client needs and adapt the product accordingly.
Meet KPIs and sales goals.
Experience: At least 2 year in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or related fields.
Communication skills: Ability to effectively engage with clients, confidently conduct phone and video calls.
Languages: Proficient English.
Sales drive: Goal-oriented with experience in cold calling and conducting negotiations.
Proactivity: Ability to suggest new ideas for improving processes and customer acquisition.
Startup environment: Willingness to multitask, adapt to rapid changes, and make independent decisions.
Additional Requirements:
Working with SaaS products: Understanding subscription business models, upselling, and consulting services.
Cold outreach experience: Expertise in lead generation through LinkedIn, phone calls, email.
Understanding the ride-hailing industry: Experience working with fleet companies and platforms like Uber, Bolt.
Lead generation tools: Familiarity with Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
CRM knowledge: Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems.
Willingness to travel: Open to short-term business trips for client presentations (optional but desirable).
