- Lead and drive test automation initiatives across the company.
- Write robust and maintainable automated tests.
- Develop reusable libraries, helpers, and utilities to enhance the test framework
- Integrate testing tools and processes into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish and manage test reporting.
- Conduct manual testing and test design when necessary.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other QA engineers to improve overall team competency in test automation.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven testing tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and proactively recommend innovative solutions to improve testing processes and practices.
• An experienced and talented QA Automation Engineer/QA Tech Lead/SDET (C#)
• With extensive experience of using browser test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code
• Good understanding of Test Data Management
• Experience mentoring other QA on automation/manual testing practices.
• Someone who can self-manage within Agile framework
• A nice person who will be pleasant to work with for both UA and US members of the team
• Quake 3 Arena or Counter-Strike skills would be a plus
