This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the marketing function. You will be responsible for building, running, and continuously improving lead-generation systems that directly impact revenue. You will have the freedom to test hypotheses, control the marketing budget, and make decisions that affect the company’s growth.
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for lead generation
- Build and manage inbound funnels (ads, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences)
- Generate MQLs and SQLs - not traffic or vanity metrics
- Optimize conversion rates at every funnel stage
- Define ICPs and buyer personas in close collaboration with Sales
- Set up and maintain marketing dashboards (leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rates)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Work directly with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
What success looks like in the first 3–6 months
- Predictable inbound lead flow for software development services
- Clear ICPs and positioning for core industries
- Working lead funnels (ads → landing pages → qualification → sales handoff)
- Measurable contribution to the sales pipeline (SQLs, opportunities, revenue influence)
- Proven experience generating B2B leads for services or SaaS
- Experience working with long sales cycles and high-ticket offerings
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and close collaboration with Sales teams
- Experience in a B2B marketing role (Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and funnels
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), analytics, landing pages
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
