Summary

We’re looking for

a UX/UI Designer to join our team, who’ll closely collaborate with our customers, helping

them launch, scale, and optimize their digital products (SaaS, web, and mobile apps) by

solving business and product challenges through design. You’ll also support In Sync’s

marketing, including the website, case studies, and presales (estimations, concept designs,

etc). The ideal candidate has a product-focused mindset, and strong UI and communication

skills.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate directly with clients and their teams (stakeholders, developers, etc) to design and refine digital platforms, primarily SaaS, web, and mobile apps.
  • Drive design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and handoff - whether creating new MVPs or improving existing products.
  • Participate in presales activities: estimating projects, auditing, preparing concepts, etc.
  • Provide design support for In Sync’s marketing efforts (website, case studies, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Demo and present design decisions, advocating for solutions with research, UX principles, and best practices.

Requirements
What we Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in Product UX/UI design, proven by portfolio cases with problem statements, challenges, design artifacts, process, and final deliverables and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong UI skills — clean, modern, and brand-aware. You enjoy creating bold, visually refined designs.
  • Conversational English for direct communication with customers and their teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to define business & user needs, apply UX research methods, and deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Autonomous and proactive, able to work independently, collaborate in a team, and present design decisions effectively.
