Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Sales Manager (B2B Sales) to help us identify potential clients and build a high-quality sales pipeline in Ukrainian market.
Responsibilities
- execute the entire sales cycle;
- deliver product presentations and close deals;
- build long-term relationships with clients;
- identify client needs and contribute to refining the sales strategy;
- meet sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
What we Expect
- Fluent in Ukranian and English level B2+;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, advertising agency, sales;
- Good understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta for Business, SEO basics);
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Experience in negotiation with C-Level (a plus).
