Summary
The company is a multi-product AI / EdTech company seeking an ambitious Senior Media Buyer specializing in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. The role focuses on hands-on campaign management, budget scaling, and unit-economics discovery for AI-powered educational products in Tier-1 markets. This remote, full-time position requires 2+ years of performance marketing experience and offers a competitive salary with performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on campaign management: testing, optimization, and scaling (from $10–20K → $150–200K monthly spend)
- Fast unit-economics discovery: adapting and improving competitors’ creatives and offers (you’ll have access to insider competitive analytics)
- Creative pipeline ownership:
- sourcing and managing contractors / UGC studios / designers
- building a stable creative flow
- setting up a structured A/B testing system
- Experimentation:
- offers, landing pages, upsells
- subscription models and pricing hypotheses
- Analytics & insights:
- close collaboration with a Senior Data Analyst
- hypothesis-driven approach and performance conclusions (no need to build BI dashboards yourself)
- Seasonal planning: preparing spend and scaling strategies for peak periods (Back to School, Finals, etc.)
Requirements
What we Expect
- Strong Middle → Senior level hard skills
- Senior-level soft skills
- Recent hands-on experience is a must
- Proven experience managing $75K–100K+ monthly budgets (candidates with < $50K/month experience are not considered)
- Demonstrated budget scaling experience (joined at a much smaller budget and scaled significantly)
- Subscription business experience — must have
- Background in target companies is a strong plus (Genesis, SKELAR, Appflame, Jatapp, Welltech, Playrix, etc.)
- Ability to find and build unit economics, not just run predefined funnels
- Strong understanding of both media buying and creatives
- Ability to independently manage the creative production process
- Energetic, proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- 2+ years in performance marketing
