We’re currently expanding our HRM system project, which has been in development for 9 months and is now approaching its pre-release stage. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help define the next steps, shape the product, and scale it in the competitive SaaS market.
What You’ll Do
- Product Development
- Lead the product to launch and drive key business goals in the B2B/B2C SaaS space.
- Enhance the HRTech product by developing features, conducting market research, and refining user personas.
- Strategic Leadership
- Plan product roadmap development and implement market positioning strategies.
- Define the brand’s "Tone of Voice" to align with target audience expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with development, UX, and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to communicate and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Metrics Management
- Track and analyze key product metrics such as ROI, adoption, retention, conversion rates, and marketing spend efficiency.
Proven Expertise in SaaS & HRTech:
- Experience: Hands-on experience managing HRTech solutions like HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, or employee engagement tools.
- Strategic Growth: Ability to scale products from early stages to market dominance.
Strong Business Acumen:
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive research, and leveraging insights to shape product development.
Leadership Skills:
- Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset to drive projects independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- SaaS Product Management: Experience launching and managing HRTech products.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in tools and analytics to support decision-making.
- B2B/B2C Marketing: Understanding different approaches to promote to businesses vs. end-users.
- Campaign Execution: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

- Flexible Schedule: Full-time remote work (office hours: 9:00-20:00 Kyiv time, flexible start no later than 11:00). Hybrid mode is also available.
