We are looking for a Middle Embedded Developer experienced in RF systems and network protocols to join our R&D team working on next-generation tactical communication solutions.

You’ll work on embedded systems that combine radio, networking, and sensor technologies to deliver reliable communication even in challenging environments.

  • Design and implement embedded software for STM32-based systems using C/C++.
  • Develop and maintain reliable communication protocols and radio control logic.
  • Integrate and test RF modules and sensors in real-world conditions.
  • Participate in field testing, debug performance issues, and validate reliability.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and static analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan technical roadmaps and deliverables.


  • 2+ years of experience in embedded software development (C/C++).
  • Experience with STM32 microcontrollers and RTOS (FreeRTOS or Azure RTOS).
  • Strong understanding of embedded peripherals: SPI, UART, I2C, ADC, DAC, DMA.
  • Experience with interrupt-driven and power-efficient designs.
  • Familiarity with radio modulations (LoRa, FSK) and packet handling.
  • Basic understanding of mesh or MANET networking.
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.

  • Experience with (Semtech) RF transceivers (SX127x/SX126x/LR11xx/LR20xx).
  • Understanding of FHSS concepts and SDR architecture.
  • Knowledge of video codecs (H.264, H.265, AV1).
  • Experience with bootloaders or FPGA.
  • Hands-on work in field testing or system validation.
