Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Email Marketing Manager who will take over and manage all direct communications with the customer.
Responsibilities
- Implement communications via multiple direct channels to support the promotional plan; channels will include Email, SMS, Pop-up, Web push, WhatsApp
- Create and manage existing transactional and automated lifecycle communications
- Analyse the performance and efficiency of communications in terms of delivery and engagement
- Conduct A/B testing of content, layouts, send times and segments to improve channel performance
- Implement segmentation and communication to improve communication channel performance
- Be responsible for email infrastructure and quality of email base to ensure delivery and inbox placement
- Own email template and be responsible for the quality of code, creation and testing of layouts
- Participate and own testing of new communication channels and their integration into the existing communications flow
Results / KPI
- Timely and quality delivery of scheduled communication
- Maintain or increase the engagement metrics of communications, such as - Open, Click, Conversion Rates of the channel
- Maintain or improve health metrics of communications: Spam, Bounce, Unsubscribe rates
Requirements
What we Expect
- At least two years of experience in email marketing and at least one year in iGaming
- Experience working with Customer.io, OneSignal, and Twilio to send omnichannel communications via email, SMS, in-app, and Web push
- Strong verbal and written English to communicate fluently with our international team
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing email templates either through HTML or drag&drop editors
- Excellent understanding of principles of email deliverability, managing and warm-up of domains
